This Friday Blue Panda Radio Gold is bringing you a whole morning of Elvis Presley!
To mark the anniversary of the King’s passing, we’ve got four hours of non-stop Elvis! John Kavanagh is your guide as he works his way through a huge stack of Elvis greats!
Here’s the line up for Friday morning – only on Blue Panda Radio Gold!
9am – The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll – dig out your Blue Suede Shoes and bop along to the King at his rockin’ best!
10am – Elvis in Tender Mood – after an hour of dancing, John Kavanagh eases it down with an hour of love songs from the King!
11am – Elvis at the Movies – grab your popcorn as we give you a front row seat to enjoy some of the King’s movie magic!
12pm – Elvis Live Hits – we end our Elvis morning with an hour of Elvis’ live performances!

Coming up this Sunday on “ELVIS MEMORIES” is my review of the FTD album “Fame And Fortune” which contains many great outtakes from studio sessions held in Nashville back in 1960 and 1961.
You’ll hear some truly great tracks from these historic sessions and this will be followed by our new and regular “Non Stop Elvis Hour” where you’ll hear many of your favourites.

I invite you to join me TODAY at 5pm (GMT) on “ELVIS MEMORIES” radio show as we celebrate the 70th. Anniversary of Elvis’ first commercial single release “THAT’S ALL RIGHT”.
During the show, you’ll hear all the great Sun recordings that Elvis made from 1954-1955 including out takes, radio and live performances , along with a couple of songs that heavily influenced Elvis as a young teenager.

Coming up TODAY at 5pm (GMT) on Elvis Memories is part 12 of “The FTD Collection” in which you’ll hear my review of “The Way It Was”, an audio/visual book and CD set by Sherif Hanna and Ernst Jorgensen.
It’s the first book produced by our friends at “Follow That Dream Records” and is basically a photo book containing both colour and black and white photos from the movie along with a CD consisting of rehearsals from July and August 1970 and live performances from August 1970. This first audio visual is now sold out which makes it a real want for all Elvis fans.

Elvis Memories on Blue Panda Radio Gold

Hello fellow Elvis fans!
I am delighted to announce that I will be featuring the brand new Elvis release from our friends at https://www.rdm-edition.fr on this week’s “Elvis Memories” show.
It’s Elvis’ second album to be released in the UK and Ireland but with a twist. Yes that wonderful technician Anthony Stuchbury has remastered the album from mono to stereo and the sound is quite amazing. Now Anthony is a busy man but I will endeavour to contact him during the show and we can get a personalised, in depth analysis from the producer himself.
You can hear all the songs featured on the album, plus extras, this Sunday at 5pm on Blue Panda Radio Gold.
